PJ Associates now offers a four day supplemental training course for roll goods manufacturers and converters who have gone through basic Six Sigma training and who now need specialized training for both their Green Belts and Black Belts, specifically in roll goods and processes.

The course consists of four sections. These are:

1. Roll goods variability analysis.

2. Graphics Precontrol for roll goods manufacturers and converters.

3. Physical defect analysis and control.

4. Supplemental topics such as Cpk's & Ppk's and Scanning sensors & SPC.

The course will be customized to meet the needs of the client and will use data generated by the client company for actual case histories.
