PJ Associates was founded in March, 1986. The fundamental purpose of the company was the application of statistical control techniques to continuous (roll) products such as papers, plastics, nonwovens, foils and film with additional emphasis on converting processes such as lamination, coating and printing.

Since that beginning, the company has expanded through the addition of four associates and the development of specific products (book, videotape, basic & advanced software) to assist in the education and training of anyone

involved in the manufacture or use of roll goods.

Currently, PJ Associates specializes in the assessment and statistical control of roll goods variability along with improving outgoing product quality, reducing scrap and increasing plant yields, usually within six months to one year.

Starting with a four week Six Sigma course, the company offers a comprehensive line of seminars along with our on-site training and consulting alternatives and has representation on both the east and west coasts.

PJ Associates also offers additional services such as supplier certification training, machine capability studies and cost of quality analyses.
